Pure Maple Syrup is an additive-free food that makes a great alternative sweetener. Pure Maple Syrup as a food also supplies us with thiamine, calcium and iron.

All maple syrup sold in Ontario must be graded. There are two grades that we carry at the Honey Shop and in a variety of sizes and container styles.

Maple syrup must be refrigerated after opening. It may also be frozen to help retain its pure maple flavour.
