Our bees grace acres of blueberries growing in Ontario and New Brunswick for their pollination. Pollinating blueberry shrubs with honey bees more then doubles the potential yield of this precious berry we love in Canada.

Although this honey is not flavoured 'blueberry' subtle hints are dedecated in the pleasing after-taste of this honey. The honey colour ranges from light to dark however the honey is mild, perhaps a note between our Summer Blossom and Wild Flower scales.
